Welcome to the Nordic-Baltic Impact Week! This year's theme is 'Beyond Carbon California tour', focusing on solving climate and environmental challenges through leading Climate tech and impact solutions. The event includes a program with stops in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Pebble Beach, and San Francisco. It is a week of Impact training and business, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, academia, civil society, cities, and innovation representatives.

Join the Women's Environmental Network (WEN) for an evening with Leslie Alden, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Drawdown Bay Area. Leslie will be speaking about her work, career, and how to make climate solutions accessible to everyone, inspired by the work of Paul Hawken and Project Drawdown. Come and learn more while networking with other folks! There will be refreshments- we hope you can join us! Leslie Alden has worked at the nexus of public policy, community engagement, and communication for over 35 years and, believing that we can't adapt our way out of the climate crisis, has focused on climate solutions for the last fifteen years. Her career spans public, private, and non-profit sectors, and she sees cross-collaboration as the most effective way to identify and implement solutions that have real results for individuals, communities, and business.

📷 Deep Time Photography for Future Generations with Jonathon Keats

This workshop with artist Jonathon Keats explores the impact of climate change on San Francisco and California's flora and fauna. Participants will create a camera with a 100-year-long exposure time to document these changes for future generations.
